Annual charge add in bill

I was awarded a credit card by your bank in the year 2003 and the facilities were enjoyed by me with immediate effect. The payment for the utilized portion was paid as per the terms and conditions without any delay. In addition to that while issued the credit card I was informed that there will be no annual charges will be deducted. But when I gone through the statement of account, I was shocked to note that the bill for the Month from (July 22 – Aug 21) the amount of Rs.750/- towards annual charges and Rs.60/- on account of Service tax was deducted. Immediately I brought the matter into your Customer care Centre, Hyderabad. They convinced me and confirmed that the amount will be reversed immediately. Subsequently, they have allotted the HP Card. Everything in this connection was already conveyed to you through my letter dated 02.11.2005 addressed to Mumbai Branch. But so far, I have not received any proper reply for the same.
In situation, recently your Credit Card Collection Department staffs visited my office namely (Mr. Dinesh, Mr. Antony and Mr. Ebi) and threghtened me to remit the said all charges as on date, otherwise, they will bring some other recovery agencies and also confirmed how to collect it.
Now I request your goodselves to go through my track record from the inception or the day one and may come to know that still there will not be any outstanding on my credit side and my card already having excess Rs.460.00. So I request your goodselves to take suitable action and have a solution tome. Otherwise, I was forced to take further legal and disciplinary action, on them. Expecting your patronage at all the times to come, All the respective papers are enclosed for your reference.
