Cheque issue

Hello sir

my account is in noida branch sector-50.I had resigned from icic bank on November. but I got a letter from Goverment of India (P.P.F office) that plz collect your P.P.F Cheque from your branch. when i go to Noida ICICI BANK Sector-50 office and i told the manager that mam this is letter come from P.P.F office and chq. is issued on months of july so plz inform me where is my chq. then she told me don, t distrub me i have no idea.after that mr. anna said sorry i am also have no idea then sir i am so abset .currently i am working in "a1technology chandigarh"in software developemt so this is so long distance from noida to chandigarh. si i am so unhappy from manger behaviour.so i am requested to you plz inform me where is my chque.

my chque no. is-726326 of amount-9340/ issued on 27-july.

so plz give me response as soon as possible.
