Non-identified smses/calls regarding credit card expenses

Sir/mam,

with due respect i want to say that i have not taken any credit card from icici bank.i have been receiving smses regarding credit card expenses.when i enquired i found it is of the name of priti ambre.i have informaed icici bank officials on phone that she had surrendered that sim and requested to update her new contact no.by informing her so that she can furnish proper details regarding that.but everytime their officials called me and asked about insurance plans/expenses etc.i therefore request you to kindly look in to the matter as early as possible.
