Account Frozen

My name is shadab hasan khan, this account of mine was open in 2006 as a salary account. Just after one month i left that company. i was sent a mailer that this account will be converted to a savings account so i kept the minimum balance . the account was dormant for a while and few days ago when i went to close my account i was told the account has been frozen, and i will have to contact the branch where the account was opened. the branch told me in order to make this account active i have to resubmit my details, identity, address proof, fill in form and give an application regarding that. i have already done that on 30th august. Nothing has happened till date even after submitting my complaint my mail i received their confirmation that it will be done... within 4 days its the fifth day since their last mail...
