ICICI Bank
Cheque not Credited

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am facing a problem with ICICI Bank. Problem is this. There were two cheques issued from PF office Gurgaon to ICICI Bank Manesar Branch on 29/06/08.

Only one cheque has been credited in my account on 09/06/08. Another one cheque has not been credited yet.

I have made lots of online complains, personal visits to the Bank. But nothing coming out. They I have personally visited ICICI Bank Manesar Branch to check whether

they have received the particular cheque or not. There they have shown me the register where they have received both the cheques.

And the particular cheque has been debited from PF account on 09/06/08 (as per PF Office Bank Statement). I don't know where it has been credited.

I have done lots of follow up with Bank and Customer care. But Nothing is coming out.

Please help me.
