Money has not generated till in my a/c 25000 rs

I had sawp the client hsbc debit card throughr my icici swaping machine, 25000 has detected from hsbc a/c of my client and i have not recived money in my a/c. from last 20 days i am calling to call center of icici they r not giving proper reply what to do they r telling to do setellment i have done setellemt, i am telling to them that i have done settlement they cant understand

so please i request to icici bank mail me on my emil id and clear my problems
