Want a full settlement against my Credit Card

Hi Sir/Ma'am,

I am a Credit Card holder of ICICI Bank Ltd. I have been calling the bank from Feb. 08 till date. But they always makes me ool by taking charges against my card. Whenever I ask them to make full payment they just say "next month" or "next week".

Please help me to sort this matter as I dont want to be a defaulter after paying the amount more than what I was supposed to pay.
