Abusive language

On Oct12 a icici bank person name 'KIRAN' has come to my house without prior intimation, which as per RBI guidelines its a crime under article RBI / 06 / 211

and he spoke to me rudly. Same day a person with a name rajiv had called me from # 022-41021621 and i informed him that i have already spoken to nisha on Sept14, 08 for setelment.

But no action was taken on it when i informed 'RAJIVE' about this he started speeaking in very foul language, not only that he also abused me & threatend me for my life & my family members

even today (14/10/08) tellicaller named 'JYOTI' called up my house and abused my wife & threatend her stating they will make our life misserable.

This was not sufficient so they called up in my ofice and abused my co-ordianter (Receptionist) and later caled my Reporting manager in a very abusive way. I visted Bank bank c/c off at andheri east twice for setellment but i am not getting proper response...

Would Be requiring an immediate action on this matter or else will left with no option but going forward for Police complain as i have every conversation recorded..
