Educational Loan

Dear Sir,

I am Doris Fernandes working as a Web Page Designer in Mumbai, 2 months back i had applied for an educational loan for my brother who is pursing his Hotel Management in Pune for Bharati Vidyapeeth. Initially I was told that I will get the loan coz the college was listed. But almost after more than 2 months they are telling me the college is not listed and your loan is not sanctioned. I was totally depended on ICICI Bank for the loan and now at the last moment they are telling that it will not be possible, I just want to ask one question this what you provide to your customers. I guess Customer satisfaction is not the criteria with ICICI Bank, this something which I never expected from ICICI Bank. I request you to please consider my case.

This has happened to me and I don't know with how many.
