Auto debit from account

I had Credit card, Which it was lost 1yrs back, that time I purchase it with worth amount of 15000. Then I called call center to block as it was lost in journey, send me the statement so i can pay my debit. But after that they didn't send any statement.

Few days later ICICI bank blocked my Rs 50, 000 in my account. then mailed to account manager, why is was the case?

then he replied as, My credidt card payment is due. Then I replied him, Currently in UK london, the amount you blocked is more than my principle amount. I assured the account manager to I will settle the crisis with credit card dept once i will be back in pune. I will in pune on 31 OCT.

After 3 days I found they debit Rs 50000 from my account without informg me.

How any bank can do this way?..

Matter is not of 50 000, its safe banking which i feel this bank is not safe at all.

If I am liable for any amount, I will pay, but Bank did & bahave like dectetor without informing costomer they withdarw the amount from my account. bank does not have legal rights to do.

This bank is not safe. They really tortured me.
