Debit Card Fraud

I had escalated the matter to level 2 complain in ICICI bank but they have not taken any necessory action. Below you will see the details and also the transaction details.

They also stopped me to take necessory action against the culprit and assured me they will get the charge slip back.

I was interacting with the ICICI customer care and they just fooled me around for 60 days, now I feel cheated by the person who misused my card for 16, 164 and the ICICI bank.

I can not trust ICICI bank, as lots of other people are saying the same thing.

I disputed the above transaction as the said transaction

1- Has not been performed by me

2- Some one has misused my debit card at Vijaya Sales, Pune Satara Road Branch

3- On the very same day I was in Hyderabad and after inquiring with Vijaya Sales the said transaction has been done at Pune.

4- I was informed about this transaction by the message alert on my mobile.

5- I immediately went to ATM (NayaPul Hyderabad) and found that 16164 was debited from my account, I was shocked.

6- I immediately called using my cell phone (9987089486) to customer and they took the complain.

7- Thus as you could see I was in Hyderabad and transaction has been done in Pune.
