ICICI Bank
Not able to withdraw money

I am holding an SB Account with ICICI and i had a balance of Rs.5464/- when i went to ATM for withdrawing some amount its showing avilable balance as only Rs.2335/-

i contacted bank several times they are telling they will look into the matter and its almost 15 days are over till date no proper communication & the money is blocked by the bank..

if the bank is facing the financial crisis is it right to hold customers money...
