Account Not Activate

I submitted Account Opening Form in ICICI Bank, Shiv Shakti Peradise, Central Spine, Vidhyadhar Nagar, Jaipur on 08.10.2008 regarding Zero-Balance Savings Account to be linked to my Demat Account held with INDIA INFOLINE. I was handed a Welcome kit containing ATM Card, Cheque Book etc. with the assurance the same will get activated in 3-4 days time.

I am following the branch and customer care for the same for last 10-15 days. In this regard, Customer Care advises to contact branch while branch executives daily gives the assurance to wait for one more day and the same will get activated. Nothing has changed for the last 10-15 days and I am feeling helpless and bearing losses as I am unable to trade. I am very much mentally disturbed by the poor services of ICICI Bank and false assurance given by their executives. May I request you to kindly do the needful in this regard at the earliest?
