Icici bank card
No entry of payment made

I issue a cheque in favour of icici bank rs 5000 which was cleard from my kotak bank a/c on 14 feb but there is no entry in the statement of icici bank credit card & card charge rs 250 cheque return & 600 as late fees plus service tax. While my min due was rs 2800 .why customer may suffer bcoz of bank mistake i need all the charges to be credit in my a/c & a letter from icici bank for explanation for this thing
