ICICI Bank Car loan
Regarding NOC

I have taken a loan from ICICI bank i pay my regular installment in time, now i complete my loan in time & now they asking me for extra payment for late payment of installment they are not issue NOC. they have direct debit charge CFO charges without any intimation & they force me to pay compulsory otherwise they are not issue NOC.

It is a sheer harassment.

I want to know to whom should i complaint.

May somebody help me.
