Harassment caused by recovery agent

I am Mahender Shelar a Management graduate from Nasik Maharastra.

working as an Relationship Manager with an Insurance company.

I had purchased a Maruti 800 on April financied by ICICI Bank. and the installment for which is 5190/- i had paid my installment on

regularly for 1 year. but for last 2 months due to recession i lost my job and could not pay my installments.

Now comes the bank recovery agent into picture. he now started troubling me he constantly gives me call started harassing me. I narrated him and explained him every thing.but he say he has nothing to do with it and wanted me to clear my outstanding. i told him that i'm waiting for my final settlement and would pay of the outstanding once it is done. i also told him that i had found a new job and would be paying on a reguler basis from now on.

But today i.e 29/10 he crossed all limits. he comes to my home at 9 p.m and started shouting, and using foul language. he said me to pay of the outstanding installment now or he will take away my car. he told me to come to his agency at night time.he humilited me infront of my neighbours. all the time i kept talking to him in a soft language but he was using harsh language. any how i requested him to give me a day and tommorrow i.e 30/10 . i will try to pay him 1 installment. he thretend me that if tommorrow i won't get the payment done he would snatch away my car. I'm disturbed mentally

Kindly giude me what should i do in this regard. awaiting your reply for the same. kindly let me know on priority basis what should be my action for the same.
