ICICI bank cedit cards
Very bad coordination between departments

I hold an ICICI bank credit card and there were reversals done on the card in February this year but I am still getting calls asking me for an outstanding balance and when I contact the customer serice although they were quite helpful they dont have complete information and gave me a wrong number for the delhi collections office. May I request that I get the right reversals and my card unblocked without having to make any more calls and running around
