ICICI Bank Credit Card
Late communication cast to pay some money

Hi,

I just want to tell that late communication happened by ICICI bank. As per icici's new rule, bill pay is paid service through credit card from 1st Oct. But this information i got it on 18th Oct from my credit card statement, without knowing this I paid my icici prudential premium with my ICICI credit card on 16th Oct. So now they will charge 100 Rs for this bill pay made by credit card at the end of year. so my point is bank should inform the customer before they starting the new rules. I have communicated this to there customer case as well as complaints on internet banking, up to now there was no response.
