Cheating, unnecessary taxes, etc

Puprposely not taking the cheques from dropboxes in time and adding late fee plus several taxes. this is purely cheating by the ICICI bank to make money.

customer care services and the mulund branch services are also useless and harassing the customers, not helping.

I want to discontinue use of this credit card.
