ICICI Bank Credit Card
Court notice after final settlement of card dues

Dear Sir,

My ICICI bank credit card no. 5176 5300 5500 5006 full and final settlement was done by ICICI bank vide their letter no. 1015 / 05 / 08 / 08/ N dtd. 28th May through their collection agency: Lasertron Enterprises Services Pvt. Ltd. and payment of Rs. 35, 000/- was paid in cash as agreed to by the bank vide receipt no. C/ 0408 (5693478) dtd. 28th May Branch: Santacruz (West), Collector: Mr. Ramesh Kumar

On 6th Jan. I have received summons from The Court of Metropolitan Magistrate 16th Court, Ballard Pier, Mumbai to appear in the court 10th March (case no.1653/ SS / 08), dtd. 18th Sept. 2008.

I fail to understand that since full and final settlement was done by the bank and me on 28th May as to why the legal summons are served to me.

Your immediate response / reply will be highly appreciated.
