Made my EMI without my permission

I have credit card no. 4477468625685008 and paying within time limit whatever was dues. but without my permission they made my payment in installment and after all last payment i made full as per my bill. but the next bill i found with late fee 600/- and installment of 400/- with other charges. meanwhile i make payment to TATASKY for rs 1000/- and they make total bill around 2800/-. when i try to discussed with helpline they didnt respond. now still they sending me bill of regularly and taday i received bill for rs. 8048.47. when i was suppose to pay rs 1000/- only.
