ICICI Bank Credit Card
Harrasment even after doing a settlement on the card

I owned an ICICI credit card no 4477466335806005. I had outstanding on this card for which i have done a settlement with the bank in two installments. I have the settlement letter with me. Despite of telling them repeatedly, they have still not discontinued the services on my card and keep on sending me statements every month. The recovery department also calls me up regularly. Previously also when i wanted to settle the account they never acknowledged my request and kept on charging me interest. Due to all this, my family has to go through a lot of stress as the recovery agents behave very rudely with them. Their service sucks.
