REF:-Card No 4076 5906 1120 9009 (ICICI)

We have received this card in 2006.But till date we never received the statement of account. In 2006 we apply only for SBI card. But we receive this card also. I thought some one has making us fool. We Just use Rs250/- for filling the petrol. But I call the customer care about the statement I want to clear the account but they never send me the statement.

After six month ICICI BANK issue me a new card. I am not understood what this is when I am not apply for any card then how it can be happened. Again I try that card against filling the petrol that one is blocked by the bank in 2006.

Now in 2009 I come to know that the bank put a Lombard Insurance on this. How it can be possible. When my card is blocked in 2006. How they get the payment for 2006 to 2008. When we never give them any authority to make my insurance. We never receive any insurance paper also.

I want to clear this immediately to have a good relation with the bank.
