ICICI Bank/ Credit CARD
Made invalid transactions by using my credit card

Hi,

This is Giri. I am using ICICI bank credit card. And on the date 01/20 card was with me and I am in office but someone made transactions of around Rs.1, 40, 000/- by using my credit card. All these transactions were done by swiping the card at different shops.

Transaction Details:

1. At ONE MOBILE 17, 400

2. At THE MOBILE STORE 14, 059

3. At WAVETEL SELAIY 15, 500

4. At HOT-SPOT 19, 000

5. At LANDMARKS 19, 500

6. At WAVE COMMUNICATIONS 14, 700

7. At HOT-SPOT 19, 500

8. At MOBILE BAZAR 17, 174

And also my card showing available cash limit as ZERO.

As I already raised a complaint (complaint ID: 93881004) on the above invalidate 8 transactions on my Credit Card in a Day (20-01). I am in a deep shock, after I came to know that some idiot X has accessed my Credit Card. And even I tried to raise the complaint much before then the complaint had been registered, but I couldn’t reached to you because of continues engaged of network lines.

I don’t want to be a scapegoat, hope you understand my deep concerns in this regard and do a crystal clear and quick enquiry. And I want it to make it clear that I would not be responsible for any of these transaction occurred in the day as mentioned under any circumstances.

And I only expect a crystal clear enquiry ASAP. Hope you would respect and understand one of your sincere and Faithfull customer.

Please suggest me on this issue how to proceed further.
