Credit Card Settlement

Dear Sir, On 14.11. I have settled all my Credit Card dues of ICICI Bank by making a total payment of Rs. 23500/- and they have given me a settlement letter and money receipt for the same. Now on 29.01.2009 I received an SMS in my mobile that my ICICI Bank savings account has been debited by Rs.25794 for non payment of my old credit card dues. I spoke to them in their help line numbers and came to know that they dose not have any record that my credit card dues are settled in the year 2007. Even I have send an Email with the scanned copy of my settlement letter & money receipts. Still now my savings a/c has not been resolved, it is locked and non-operative where as on 5th Feb there are some important payment through ECS will come for clearance, now if it is returned then I have to pay bank charges unnecessaryly. I shall be obliged if you kindly look into the matter and instruct the Bank not to harras me any further.
