ICICI Bank Credit Card
DUE STATEMENT EVEN AFTER FULL PAYMENT

I had availed a credit card of ICICI Bank and used for prchase of items worth Rs.711.00 for which had paid Rs.711.00 by Cheque on the due date after which I received a statement for Rs.233.00 cash but still I am receiving the statement claiming dues. Now I have received a letter claiming dues of Rs.243.30 As I have already paid the dues so I can not understand why am I being harassed over phone to pay the dues.

I am a housewife and I am now a days receiving calls from collection department threatening to take action if I do not pay the dues.

This is the extreeme for which I am now going to complain.
