Hi

I have made a settlement in Jan through a Demand Draft of ICICI Bank and had given to the collection agency of the bank. they have misplaced my DD and put my name in defaulters list. Bcoz of which I am u unable to get a loan. Have requested to look into the matter but they are not at all supportive. Please guide me as i have the settlement letter and the copy of DD.
