ICICI Bank Credit Card
Name still showing in cbil report

I had a credit card with icici bank. i had made settlement for the same in the year oct. but still my name is appearing on the list in cbil due to which my credit card application with citi bank got rejected.

i got in touch with the representative at icici bank but they told they have recieved the payment but the details were not updated due to which my name is still appearing on cbil.

i want to know who is going to compensate for the loss of having the name appeared in cbil from past 1year and 4 months. and how do i go about solving this problem.my credit crd no. 4477-4702-8511-1002.

and the amt paid on oct as settlement was Rs.22000 // twenty two thousand only.kindly look inot this and do the needfull as soon as possible.
