Dear Sir/Madam
Thanks a lot for your interest in reading my complaint.
This is to bring to your kind notice that I have paid the said amount (Rs. 1-) against full and final settlement letter to them 4 month ago successfully but they have been failure to reset or close my account for credit card as they are generating new statement every month so my bill statement get added amount of Rs.2-3 thousand.
I have consulted the customer care 3 times in this regard but every time they give the request no. assuring me that my problem will be resolved within a week but no any steps are being taken.
Due to this, I am getting lots of calls from recovery agents who do not give their identity except saying this “He is calling on behalf of ICICI Bank and you have over due amount of 16 thousand like this”. They start irritating by arguing and so on…
In this regard your prestigious advice for what should I do is always welcome.
Please note that I have the proof of following documents:
1. Letter for full and final settlement,
2. Receipt of cash payment (Rs. 6000/-) &
3. Receipt of cheque clearance for amount (Rs. 6000/-) from your side.
