Ihad a credit card no.4477469983887004. i havereceived anauthorised billing statements from you. previously i given a complaint to block my credit card and a requisition no.89291957 on 10-12-08 for setright the bill.

then how it is possible? it is a wrong and unauthorised bill.i cou ld not any purchages from sep2008 to till date.so please setright this as early as possible.
