ICICI Bank/Credit Card
Payment not credited

Against my due of Rs.1446/- in my credit card statement (Credit Card No. 4477 4782 7352 6008) dated 18.01. I made a payment of Rs. - vide cheque no.286905 of HDFC Bank and it was debited to me on 12.02.2008 but ICICI bank did not give me credit of it till 11.06.2008. Since February they have been charging me interest and I have been making payments for my actual purchases and ignoring the interest. I wrote about this to them many times and also spoke with their customer care executives. Now, after 12 months on 5.2.2009 they have reversed interest for 4 months but they are not giving me reversals for the remaining 8 months although it was there fault that they did not give me credit of my payment.. I request you to take up the matter with them at the earliest as the interest figure is increasing day by day.
