ICICI BANK, CREDIT CARD
Unauthorised Debit of SB A/C towards Credit Card

My SB A/C No.07501012792 with ICICI RANCHI Br. was debited for Rs.26600/ & Rs. 23850/ on 19.11.2008 . I was having two credit cards No.4477 4682 3773 8013 & 4477 4699 9443 7005.I went to wood street, Kolkota office inquired about total dues. I cleared all my ddues on 16.02.2008 by paying Rs.26585/ Receipt No. 4681231, Rs. 6392/ Rec. No.4681229, Rs. 1096/ Rec. No. 4681230 all dt. 16.02.08. After that particular date I have not used any card of ICICI Bank. All of a sudden my SB A/C was debited unauthourisedly on 19.11.2008.Bank authourities have not responded to my numbers of written complaints. I was contacted over telephone, they tried to convince me that they have debited the a/c towards right of set off. When there is no dues right to set off cannot be exercised. I have not been provided with details of amount debited & statement of account.

Please take up the matter & redress my grievance by refund of amount.
