Non reversal of invalid late charges

Neetu Chawla credit card no.4477477197049006 had not recieved statement of the month MARCH-APRIL abd had recieved a mobile alert after the due date after which payment was made immediately. so kindly grant full reversals as it was not my fault. the payment was late due to non recieving of statement.
