ICICI Bank Credit Card
Taking Late fees & other charges of payments while I am paying intrest of full amount

Hello,

I am an ICICI Bank Credit card holder and regular customer. I drop a cheque (No.400541) on my payment due date 26-05-09 of minimum payments Rs.2110.00 at Gondal branch of ICICI Bank (Dist. Rajkot, Gujrat) after that the payment is not reflected in my account. I had words with a bank officer at Gondal Branch he told me by their mistake they are sent the cheque to mumbai city after that from mumbai they sent it to Rajkot (Gujrat) for clearing. Now they are charging late fees and also charging interests (I agree to pay interest but not late fess) Cheque was taken by ICICI banker and i have stamped on it, at that time bank officer didn't intimate about this is out station cheque so you have to pay Rs.100 service tax extra now they also charging me for outstation cheque charges (I am not agree to pay this). I asked to customer care of ICICI Bank on10th june 2:29 PM to Mr. K.Dinesh They refuse to give me any reversal. Please help me because i think this is not to give service this is a Loot of customers...
