After settlemet creating harrasement over phone

Respected Sir/ Madam

I had one ICICI Bank credit Card for a long period. Due to my financial crunch I had requested them to settle my account for which they have issued me a settlement letter for Rs. 35, 000.00 bearing no. KOL-ICEASKOL/032808/2 . Sir as per the letter I had paid every installment & clear my dues.

But from last One month they are harrasing us & told me to pay again as that settlement in not valid and also aksed to visit their bank.

SIR PLEASE ADVICE.
