ICICI Bank Credit Card
I have surrendered card in June and now they ask for 10, 000

Hi Team,

I was forced to have a Credit card when i newly joined the company and that time nothing about high service charges were said to me regarding the ICICI bank Credit card. In June i cleared whatever was due from my side an dcut the card into 4 pieces, wrote a letter to ICICI and dropped at Koramangala branch. For few months no communication. Now from past few months when it is June they are asking to pay 10, 000 which is nothing purchased from my side but all Service charges accumulated for this one year. Please advice what needs to be done as paying 10, 000 simply which i have not utulised at all is completely unfair.

I have used Amex card as well.they charge nominal 113 as late payment but ICICI charges high rates and also Service charges > 500 Rs
