Dear Sir/Madam,

I am ICICI Credit card holder. I always used to pay the amount as per due date from last 2 years

but from jan i am not able to pay the same because of some financial problem

I was requested bank for settlement but no response received from them..

Now today when i am trying to access my account it is showing some minus amount as my credit card

due amount.

It is very difficult situation to me because some ECS payment are there from there account.

Please help me out in this matter as fast as possible.
