Charged thrice for a single transaction

Hi,

I booked air tickets [bangalore-delhi return] using my ICICI credit card on yatra. However, only 'outward' ticket was booked. Yatra guys told me that 'inward' ticket was ot booked, hence I will receive a cash back for that amount[which I received later].

I booked a ticket for the 'inward' journey again -- which was charged thrice. I logged a complaint with ICICI Bank. After so many follow ups and faxing documents multiple times and stuff an having blocked my card also -- I finally received a cash back.

Howeve, after 3-4 months, I again got that chargeback as a debit in my credit card statement. I raised an issue again with ICICI Bank which is pending for almost over 2.5 months now. They keepon sending me reminders and statements, when i revert to them saying that my case is pending, they seem to be sleeping with no response at all.

Complaint number logged with ICICI -- 'ICICICARE=034-173-776'
