ICICI Bank Credit Card
Credit card settlement

I used to use icici bank credit card i have loose my job and i wanted to do the settlement my actual uses was some 30, 000/- after interest and all its gone upto 5- few days back i gotta call from bank for settlement in 20, 000/- and now they are asking for to pay 38000/- if not pay then bank is going to file police complaint against me i dont know what to do... please help
