ICICI Bank Credit Card
Unused card recovery

Sir,

I got a call from ICICI Bank lawyer on 12.09.09 at 12.10 PM that I have to pay Rs. 78, 000 on my ICICI Bank credit card which was issued from delhi branch to me. But I have never use or applied for any ICICi Bank card in delhi.

Now they have given an ultimatum that by 12.09.09 2.00 PM I have to pay the amount or else i have to come to the court on 14.09.09 at 10:00 AM or else any thing can happen and any action can be taken but they refused to give any ther details and when I am trying to contact the concerned all phones are coming switched off. i am very tensed and cannot decide on what to do. please guide
