Regarding Payment

Hi,

I was holding ICICI Bank Credit card No. (Old No. 4629864079089001

- which I had dispute & they had issued new card for this); New No. 46298607908919, since the dispute didnt get resolved for which I had made final & last settlement on 8th of May of amount Rs. 6500 approx. in J.B. Nagar, Andheri Branch, Mumbai for which bank sent me an letter for final & last settlement... even after regular email & personally went to branch & gave complaint there is no response bank is sending me the statement saying I have to pay dues also I am getting calls from the recovery agents for the same... I am having all the relevant documents which I had communicated to bank like final settlement letter; I had send reg. acknowledgement due post, also my previous communication during my dispute issue... I would like to complaint against this bank... who made my life miserable... please give me an justice for the same...
