After settlement full dues deposited to bank then bank reported to cibil

Respacted sir, i have two credit card no.443410023307000, 4477473858158004.i paid full payment t0 the bank wich was setfle by the bank. There fore bank inform to cibil. it means bank want to decrise my rapotation.it is unfair work don by bank.if bank is not sand me N.O.C.wifhin THREE days I will go to consumer court.thanks.
