Mobile bill payment through credit card without intimation

After refusing the proposal of my mobile bill payment through ICICI bank credit card, i found that bank had made the payment and at the same time i also had made the payment to Vodafone. Now bank is asking me the payment which paid to Vodafone. When i refuse because my payment is with Vodafone, the officer of ICICI bank is thretening me of late payment charges and interest.
