ICICI Bank Credit Card
Threatening calls from ICICI bank

I, Rashmi Rathi holding ICICI credit card. My card number is: xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx.

This is regarding the credit card bill which the ICICI bank is continuously sending me. The bank paid mobile bill which did not belong to me and without asking or intimating me.

Now after 1 year, I am receiving threatening calls that I will be arrested by some collection agency. If thats the same I am ready to launch an FIR in the nearest police station and case a file against the bank with Human Rights.

As far as my knowledge the ICICI bank does not have any paper or electronic authorisation to pay my mobile bill on behalf of me.
