ICICI Bank Credit Card
Showing wrong withdraw

I am Icici Bank credit card user, I never use my card for cash withdraw, and also I don't have pin to access ATM.But on 23 feb I got sms from bank that, you withdrew 20, 000 rs from your credit card, that time I sent mail to Icici bank customer care, but till date I don't get response from them. Also I called to call center dept., She said, the approval is showing for 20, 000 rs on your a/c, when i told her all detail and when she checked information i my A/C, She said it should be technical problem, you don't have to do anything now.if it show in you monthly bill.then try to dispute it.

If icici bank not supporting his customer and treating like this no one would like to be with Icici bank.
