Eversal of charges levied on our credit card no.4477466395111007

To icici bank,

In november emi which was paid timely and was credited to icici bank but due to minor technical mistake, it is not credited in my credit card account. As per your normal system and inspite of several requests made to the service departmaent, they charged heavily as penalty charges and interest charges.

REQUEST: kindly reverse all these unauthorised charges charged on my account as upto now i have paid every emi on time alongwith normal interest charges to the icici bank.that is i say i am not a defaulter .it was a mistake which was explained to the service department the very next day.
