Unauthorised debit from sb account

The company is negotiating for one time settlement of my credit card. meanwhile, the company debited Rs.22, 312 from my savings account without prior intimation. How can they debit from my sb account without intimation. In the sb account, there is no provision for any debit from credit card. The money which I kept for emergency purpose has been debited. Please help.
