Extra charges on credit card

Dear All,

I, Isha Luthra, Hold a credit card #9401 2301 7074 7009 with your bank. In Dec'07 there was an outstanding amt of Rs 850/- for which i deposited the a cheque in ICICI Bank ATM drop in sector 62 JIT institute. However, I was confirmed by bank that they have not recvd the payment and the cheque is not found. I immediately issued another cheque and gave it to an executive visited my office.

I was told that once they receive my payment of Rs 850/- they will waive off late fee charged. I agreed

But every month I receive statements instructing me for immediate payment. There is no amount of "Actual payment" Its just full of Late fee and other charges. I called up customer care. But they said They cannot waive off charges of more than one month in just one month but it will be systematically waived on month on month basis. They wont be able to help me but i need to talk to Mr

I Was you to pls look into the matter. I am very concerned What is happening with this credit card. I want to blocked this card and I am extremely disstatisfied and being misguided and wrongly communicated by the customer care. The latest statement shows rs 1500/- or so due on card.

Pls check and revert. I will strict action against ICICI Bank, if this time I am misguided or dont get any response within 7days. I am also wroking in a Pvt Bank. I know th escalation matrix. Pls understand and let me know, if there is any actual amount due. I will pay but wont pay Charges at all. Its not my fault.

Simialr, is the case for My mother's Card, Mrs Indu Luthra, # 9401 2302 4042 5008.She is so innocent and she doesnot even know how to use card properly so I am operating & complaining on her behalf.
