Wrong card annual fee

Dear Sir,

The following complaint was made last month in your complaint section.

1- Should we go through the same ritual every year. I have again received in my monthly statement a claim for annual 3rd year fee for Rs1500 185.40 for card No-4477478009506001. I have been using only one credit card No- 4477460206168017 for nearly 10yrs and pay for all transactions on that. Last year your bank went to the extent of adjusting the credit card payment made, towards annual fee of 44774780009506001 and claimed dues. A letter of reprimand from me was followed by apology and reversal of that. I will only pay for the card I use.

Needless to say I did not receive any reply from you. Conveniently the amount has been transfered to this month's balance due and is being claimed again.

I once again make it very clear, I will pay only for services I avail. Your records should show that I have been using your credit card No- 4477460206168017 for my transactions and paying the due amount promptly.

I have never had or used your credit card no:44774780009506001 and refuse to pay for it.

Kindly look into this and do the needful. Anticipating a reply from your side.
