ICICI Bank Credit Card
Getting Vulgar Phone calls and threatening Ph calls

Hi,

I am a customer for ICICI bank for last few years.

I am having two credit cards 4629864139602009 (Platinum) and 4076512017125001 (Gold-KF).

This is really harassing, by getting vulgar phone calls and threatening calls from your phone banking persons for deposit my billed amount RS1700.00.

It's really unexpected from such a great bank.

For my 4076512017125001 (Gold-KF) card I didn’t got my bill for last 2 months, so I was not able to make any payment.

And suddenly your phone banking officer called me today and talked using slang language and threatening message.

I was really getting great service from ICICI bank for so many years, so never look for any other bank.

After doing so many transactions, if I am getting such harassing calls from your Phone Banking person, it's really frustrating.

The number from which I got a call is 911145087282.

It's really sad to write that today the things happened; it broke the faith of getting good service from such a great bank.
